Shopping "Online"
While we don't offer an online store, anything you see on social media can be purchased over the phone by calling 218-547-1041. We encourage you to follow us on Facebook or Instagram as we sell many items from our followers! To purchase, simply call us during regular business hours and let us know the item you saw! .
Payment & Shipping
We take credit cards or cash in our store. We do charge customers a fee to use a credit card. Credit card fees are not refunded if you return items.
Shipping is a flat fee to ship regardless of your order size. We use USPS and UPS to ship all our orders and can provide you with a shipping fee and tracking number upon request. We must have a street address to ship your order UPS. Orders are processed the next business day and ship Monday-Friday. We do not ship internationally. Please place your order by calling us at 218-547-1041.
Returns
Some items we are happy to take back, if they break, or if they don't fit right. But don't bring something back that you have already eaten or drank part of, already washed and dried it, wore it while you cleaned fish, or ate a chocolate ice cream cone. We want our customers to be happy, but will use our discretion on accepting returns on certain items. You may return purchases at any of our locations regardless of the location where it was purchased. Because our inventory changes with the season, returns are limited to 45 days from their purchase date.
Gift Wrapping
We are happy to wrap your gift for no additional cost. We have cool paper!
Privacy & Safety
We don't ever share our customers information whether it be their name, phone number, email address, or how they looked in that sweater they tried on. We also do not store any credit card information. If you sign up for our mailing list, we will only send you interesting things.
Walker General Store
Lundrigans and General Store are owned by the same person. Her name is Nancy Freeman and she's a superstar. She's usually working at one or the other store, so keep your eyes out, she's the one wearing a black t-shirt, jeans and cowboy boots.
